Genovia Pear

It is my pleasure at this time and place to debut a brand new poem by my youngest daughter, Willow, age 10. It's called "Genovia Pear."
I sit on a bench in the cool morning air
Next to a tree called Genovia Pear.
I reach for a pear so high in the tree,
I fall to the ground and hurt my right knee.

Beautiful poem! :-)

I have been out of sorts lately and completely missed your 10-part series on textual criticism. I am kicking myself! I'm half way through teaching a course on this at church and I WISH I would have seen your stuff first.

Great series. And, I will be referencing it and sending my class to look at your posts.

Thanks (as always) for your information and the way you present it. It is always a pleasure to read.

Blessings,
Bob

Thanks, Bob.

The only way that Willow would let me post her poem was if I promised to share any comments that it produced.

(Sorry to hear you've been out of sorts.)
